Our coaching and mentoring service is designed to provide guidance and support to electrical business owners. We begin by meeting in person or over Zoom to understand your business, goals, and current challenges. Based on our discussion, we develop a tailored action plan to address your needs.

We typically meet weekly, either in person or via Zoom, for up to 2 hours. Additional meetings can be scheduled as needed.

Feel free to call anytime during business hours for advice or to discuss any issues. If unavailable, we'll return your call as soon as possible.

While the minimum coaching contract is 6 months, we recommend 12 months for lasting results. Our goal is to support you in the long term and see tangible improvements in your business.
Electrical Takeoff and Estimating Service
Our Electrical Takeoff and Estimating Service streamline your operations by providing accurate and efficient estimations for your projects. From quantity takeoffs to detailed project estimations, we handle the entire process to ensure that your bids are competitive, accurate, and submitted on time.
Our Process

You send us a link to the full set of project documentation. We will review the documents and provide you with a quote to complete the electrical takeoffs and estimation. If there are plan revisions or addendums issued during the process that are not within our original scope, we will advise you of any additional costs.

Upon agreement, you send us a purchase order to commence the project.

You provide us with login access to your takeoff and estimating software systems. This allows us to quote the project using your labour rates, installation times, and material costs. If you do not have software, we can still provide a quote using our systems.

You provide us with a list of your suppliers and subcontractors. We then liaise with them to obtain quotations to be included in your tender submission.

The finalised quote is then sent to you for your final review and any necessary changes before you send it to your client.
Operation & Maintenance Manuals and As Installed Drawings
Our Operation & Maintenance Manuals and As Installed Drawings service provides professionally drafted manuals and drawings to streamline project completion and compliance. From operational descriptions to technical data, we ensure that this final part of your project is completed professionally to ensure the satisfaction of your clients.
Our Process

You would send us the project documentation along with the marked-up drawings. Based on this information, we will provide you with a quotation for completing the operation and maintenance manuals as well as the as-built draftings.

Once the purchase order is received, we will commence the project, initiating the drafting and documentation process.
Project Management
Our Project Management service offers expert oversight and guidance to ensure the successful execution of your electrical projects. From project commencement to completion, we represent your company and supervise the electrical services package, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Our service is based on an agreed hourly rate.
